BUILT WITH PURPOSE. DESIGNED FOR LIFE.
From one-of-a-kind custom homes to outdoor living spaces and commercial projects, we bring the same level of care and intention to every build.
A home designed around YOU
Your home should be a reflection of the way you live, the details you value, and the vision you have for the future. The Kiker Group specializes in custom-designed homes created specifically for each client, never a one-size-fits-all approach.
From the earliest planning stages through final construction, we guide you through the process with clear communication, thoughtful decision-making, and meticulous attention to detail. Every element is considered with both beauty and functionality in mind, resulting in a home that feels personal, timeless, and built to last.
With more than 20 years of home-building experience, founder Randy Kiker also helps clients approach the building process strategically, balancing design priorities, budget considerations, and long-term value.
BUILT ON EXPERIENCE. GROUNDED IN INTEGRITY.
Led by founder Randy Kiker, The Kiker Group brings more than 20 years of home-building experience to every project. Randy’s patient, approachable style and commitment to doing things the right way allow clients to feel informed and confident throughout the building process.
Our goal is not simply to complete a project. It is to create a space that serves you well, reflects your vision, and continues to provide value for years to come.
OUR APPROACH
Thoughtful from the first conversation to the final detail.
A successful project is about more than the finished space. It is also about the experience of getting there.
Our process is built around collaboration, transparency, and careful planning. We take the time to understand your goals, priorities, budget, and vision before construction begins, helping create a smoother experience and more intentional result.
Strategic Planning
We begin by understanding the full scope of your project so decisions can be made thoughtfully from the start.
Trusted Guidance
With decades of industry experience, we help you navigate decisions with confidence while keeping your goals and investment in mind.
Exceptional Craftsmanship
Quality is never an afterthought. We approach every project with careful attention to materials, construction, and the details that make a space feel complete.
